Because The Creator Knows His Creations

Who created the universe? Some says Brahma, Jesus, Zeus, Odin, Atum, you name it. Atheists would say universe created by accidents. Agnostic would say: They don't know.

So who really created the universe? Who belongs the universe and everything in it?

To answer this, suppose you find a wallet, and you don't know the owner. And then, there are many people who claim as the owner. How do you know which one is the TRUE owner? Of course, the one who can describe the wallet.

So who belongs the universe?

Here are samples verses that God through Quran (not Atum, Zeus, Odin, Brahma, Jesus) describing universe, natural phenomena, and many things in it, when humans don't have the instruments to make such observation (yes, Quran described them 1,400 years ago)

Big Bang

Do Not Those Who Disbelieve See That The Heavens And The Earth Were Meshed Together Then We Ripped Them Apart? And Then We Made Of Water Everything Living? Would They Still Not Believe?[Quran 21.30]

Expansion Of The Universe

And It Is We Who Have Built The Universe With [Our Creative] Power And Keep Expanding It. [Quran 51:47]

Athmosphere

We Made The Sky A Protective Ceiling. And Yet They Are Turning Away From Our Signs! [Quran 21:32]

Sun’s & Moon’s Orbit

It Is He Who Created Night And Day, The Sun And The Moon, Each Floating In Its Orbit.”[Quran 21:33]

Elipsoid Earth

He Made The Earth Egg-Shaped [Quran 79:30]

And Of Everything We Created Pairs, That Possibly You Would Be Mindful.  [Quran 51:49]

Water Barrier

He Is The One Who Has Set Free The Two Kinds Of Water, One Sweet And Palatable, And The Other Salty And Bitter.  And He Has Made Between Them A Barrier And A Forbidding Partition.  [Quran, 25:53]

Embriology

 We Created Man From An Extract Of Clay. Then We Made Him As A Drop In A Place Of Settlement, Firmly Fixed. Then We Made The Drop Into An Alaqah (Leech, Suspended Thing, And Blood Clot), Then We Made The Alaqah Into A Mudghah (Chewed Substance).  [Quran, 23:12-14]

Clouds And The Process Of Rain

Do Not You See That God Drives The Clouds, Then Joins Them Together,  Then Piles Them On Each Other, Then You See The Rain Comes Forth From  Between Them. And He Sends Down Hail From The Sky, Where There Are  Mountains Of It. And Strikes Those With It Whom He Will And Diverts It From  Whomever He Wills. The Vivid Flash Of Its Lightning Nearly Blinds The Sight.  [Quran 24:43]

The End of Universe and The Big Crunch

We created not the heavens and the earth and all between them but for just ends, and for a Term Appointed: But those who reject Faith turn away from that whereof they are warned. (Quran 46: 3)

We created not the heavens, the earth, and all between them, but for just ends.And the Hour is surely coming (when this will be manifest).So overlook (any human faults) with gracious forgiveness. (Quran 15: 85) 
That Day We will fold up heaven like folding up the pages of a book. As We originated the first creation so We will regenerate it. It is a promise binding on Us. That is what We will do. (Qur'an, 21:104)

So, in Quran (500A.D) there are revelations about bigbang (big Bang theory found in 1920), expansion of the universe (Huble found the theory in 1929), elipsoid earth (John Fillmore Hayford found this in 1910), parite (Paul Dirac win noble in 1933).

The more people observe the universe, the more people will realize that Allah is the creator of the universe. In fact Quran emphasizes the need to study universe and everything in it - so people will realize the existence of The Creator.

Everything in the heavens and everything on the earth and everything in between them and everything under the ground belongs to Him. (Qur'an, 20:6)

So let man observe from what he was created. (Quran)

Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the [great] ships which sail through the sea with that which benefits people, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every [kind of] moving creature, and [His] directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth are signs for a people who use reason (2:164)

Verily in the heavens and the earth are signs for the believers. And in your creation, and what He scattered of moving creatures are signs with people of sure faith,” (Quran)

Quran concludes it:

We did not create heaven and earth and everything in between them as a game. (Qur'an, 21:16)

Allah created the heavens and the earth in true (proportions): verily in that is a Sign for those who believe. (Quran 29:44)

Indeed, within the heavens and earth are signs for the believers.And in the creation of yourselves and what He disperses of moving creatures are signs for people who are certain [in faith] (Quran 45:3-4)

Anyway Bible / Torah also tries to explain natural phenomena, for example

The stages universe creation

Day 1: Heaven, earth, light, (light as day, darkness as night)
Day 2: Sky
Day 3: Land, Seas, plants bearing seed, trees bearing fruit
Day 4: Sun, Moon, Stars
Day 5: Birds and Swimming creatures
Day 6: Land creatures, humans
Day 7: God rested.

So, if earth, night & day, plants created before sun, moon, and stars then:

# What caused night and day on earth without sun?
# Can Earth rotate in their orbit without sun?
# Can trees grow without sun?
# Is the day in Genesis literally 24 hours or billion years.
# If billion years, can trees grow without sun for billion years?


Bats as Birds

And these are they which ye shall have in abomination among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray, and the vulture, and the kite after his kind; every raven after his kind; and the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind, and the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl, and the swan, and the pelican, and the gier eagle, and the stork, the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.


Four legs of locust
All flying insects that walk on all fours are to be detestable to you. There are, however, some winged creatures that walk on all fours that you may eat: those that have jointed legs for hopping on the ground. Of these you may eat any kind of locust, katydid, cricket or grasshopper. But all other winged creatures that have four legs you are to detest.
